What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML and optimization models for decision-making systems.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply advanced deep learning and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Evaluate model performance through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Expertise in mathematical optimization and causal inference methods.
• Proven experience deploying ML models in production and real-time systems.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Must reside in Belarus or Poland.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Knowledge of LLMs, reinforcement learning, or agent-based AI.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or research.
