What you will do

• Act as a deep technical expert on the platform, solving challenging data and architecture problems for customers.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, balancing timelines, workstreams, and deliverables across SMB and enterprise clients.
• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, including scoping requirements and assigning resources.
• Coordinate work across consulting and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Define and document best practices and design patterns for the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence product direction based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 7+ years in technical consulting or project management, ideally within the data space.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data engineering or BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Metabase.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build long-term advisory relationships.
