What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated Solutions Engineer for enterprise accounts, embedding with clients to drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify, design, and implement new AI-driven use cases.
• Manage the full pre- and post-sales lifecycle, including discovery, technical demonstrations, and deployment.
• Build and iterate on data workflows and API-based solutions using Python and internal SDKs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and ROI narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations to uncover expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or customer engineering roles.
• Strong technical foundation with proficiency in Python, APIs, and data workflows.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including extended on-site engagements of up to three months.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
