What you will do

  • Provide proactive and high-touch technical support to customers and partners via Slack.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the hirify.global platform, dbt, git, and database technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer requirements and report bugs.
  • Establish and shape the local Customer Support function for the APAC region.
  • Create technical content, including troubleshooting guides and design patterns for the community site.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify product trends and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical field.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and deep understanding of data analytics concepts.
  • Passion for troubleshooting, teaching, and working directly with customers on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative in a new market.
