What you will do

• Analyze weekly retail sales across partners and distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain demand planning models based on sales trends and future activity.
• Monitor input costs and product portfolio performance to explain gross margin shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and model new opportunities.
• Assist in the development of long-term strategic financial plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
• Must be based in the U.S.
