What you will do

• Drive localized market initiatives to expand Mantle's presence in North America.
• Identify and build collaborations with top-tier media, KOLs, and distribution channels.
• Support execution of growth strategies for retail, institutional, and developer communities.
• Craft and amplify founder and ecosystem narratives specifically for the US market.
• Collaborate on storytelling across social, editorial, and partner channels.
• Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns, including support for IRL industry events and community meetups.

Requirements

• Must be based in the North American region
• Deep involvement in the North American crypto ecosystem
• Strong understanding of the web3 and L2 landscape
• Demonstrable interest in marketing, growth, or community management
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to commit 10–15 hours per week
