What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of statutory accounting, payroll, and fiscal reporting for the Polish entity.
• Ensure compliance with Polish tax regulations (PIT, CIT, VAT) and ZUS contributions.
• Maintain internal management accounting and prepare financial reports for leadership.
• Prepare, sign off, and submit annual financial statements per the Polish Accounting Act.
• Collaborate with international branches to reconcile intercompany transactions and optimize accounting processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and Russian for compliance and team communication.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in Poland.
• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local Polish accounting software.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model, preferably based in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Certificate from the Polish Ministry of Finance or ACCA/CPA qualification.
• Experience in fintech or the cryptocurrency industry.
