TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (AI): Assessing and automating complex business processes using AI-driven solutions with an accent on operational efficiency and AI-readiness. Focus on consolidating procedure documentation, developing scoring frameworks for automation, and creating roadmap strategies in collaboration with technical experts and stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Poland or able to travel to Gdańsk for business purposes.

What you will do

  • Participate in an AI Process Automation Assessment project.
  • Consolidate approximately 4,000 procedure documents into end-to-end process flows.
  • Develop and align a scoring framework to assess process AI-readiness.
  • Prepare AI-readiness assessment reports evaluating automation potential and complexity.
  • Review assessment outcomes with client process owners.
  • Support the definition of an implementation roadmap including priorities and target business value.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Business Analysis.
  • Strong background in analyzing operational business processes (Finance, Logistics, or HR).
  • Experience in assessing automation potential, preferably using AI-based solutions.
  • Ability to work closely with technical experts, including AI Engineers.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Availability for short-term engagement and business travel to Gdańsk.
