What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document detailed requirements for data products and analytics tools.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
• Prioritize and scope requirements based on business value and feasibility, working closely with product managers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all requirements, changes, and functional specifications.
• Create and update user guides, training materials, and process documentation for end users of analytics tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years, preferably in data- or analytics-driven environments.
• Experience in supply chain analytics, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes, challenges, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect business strategy and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with a mix of internal and external stakeholders.
• Patient, empathetic, and an excellent active listener.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, data models, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
