What you will do
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and leads to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise accounts.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across major social and programmatic platforms.
- Support customer onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews to drive platform adoption and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and drive platform improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics.
- Proven ability to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across social or programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills using Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders globally.
- Must be able to work mid-shift hours to align with EMEA-based client operations.
