What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production delivery for high-value integrated and CGI-led campaigns.
• Act as the primary senior production partner for major North American and global clients.
• Translate creative concepts into actionable plans across motion, retouching, and post-production.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource prioritization in collaboration with finance and client service teams.
• Coordinate with global studio teams to ensure workflow continuity across time zones.
• Identify and mitigate production risks to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven senior experience in CGI-led or integrated creative production environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in budgeting, estimating, and financial tracking.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in senior client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in managing complex workflows across globally connected teams.
• Ability to proactively integrate and adopt new production technologies including AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront, Filemaker, JBAST, or Planet Content Tool.
• Previous experience working with North American client accounts.
