What you will do

• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product metrics to support the Sportsbook product roadmap.
• Analyze A/B test results and expand internal experimentation frameworks to improve product features.
• Implement GA4 tagging to map user journeys and identify customer pain points.
• Synthesize data from transactional lakes and various sources to build actionable dashboards and visualizations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to inform strategy and prioritization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics within a consumer internet business.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience assessing A/B experiments using platforms like Kameleoon or Optimizely.
• Strong skills in GA4 and visualization tools like Looker Studio.
• Ability to balance priorities independently and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the sports betting industry.
• Proficiency with PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms.
