What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships to drive market entry.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to integration and go-live.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of partners using disciplined CRM practices and clear reporting.
- Lead commercial negotiations focusing on pricing, underwriting alignment, and partnership economics.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership regarding UK market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
- Drive post-go-live partner productivity and identify new cross-sell and revenue optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Permanent residency in the UK and deep knowledge of the local insurance market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or fintech roles.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and understanding of underwriting/partnership structures.
- Existing network within the UK insurance ecosystem for immediate senior-level access.
- Ability to operate independently with high initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering against revenue targets.
