What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams by setting technical direction and ensuring solution alignment.
• Design, implement, and integrate complex features across software products and services.
• Mentor and develop engineers while promoting best practices in coding and architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product management and architects to drive cross-team feature delivery.
• Suggest and facilitate improvements to development frameworks, CI/CD tools, and testing architecture.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language like C#, Java, Python, or Go.
• Strong experience in planning and architecting complex systems with third-party integrations.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native design principles using AWS or Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and secure software development life cycle (SSDLC).
• Ability to drive new initiatives and improve engineering processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentorship and stakeholder collaboration.
