What you will do

• Develop SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support customer journey optimization.
• Document end-to-end application integration specifications and processes.
• Collaborate with Product and AI Innovation teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related STEM field.
• Proven knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to write and debug code snippets in JavaScript.
• Experience designing and testing APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
