Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: onsite Wednesday and Thursday, remote Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays).

What you will do
- Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of whitespace and existing accounts.
- Own and lead entire complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
- Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales engineering.
- Engage with senior executive stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
- Apply value-based selling frameworks to align technology priorities with business objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in complex SaaS enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of achieving $1M+ revenue targets and closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, on-site in Dublin on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex concepts for executive audiences.
- Hunter mindset with demonstrated success in securing new logos.
