Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth and expanding existing high-potential accounts within the edtech sector with an accent on complex, multi-threaded sales cycles. Focus on utilizing MEDDPICC methodology to navigate enterprise buying processes, securing new logos, and delivering strategic tech skill development outcomes for clients.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: onsite Wednesday and Thursday, remote Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays).

What you will do

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of whitespace and existing accounts.
  • Own and lead entire complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales engineering.
  • Engage with senior executive stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Apply value-based selling frameworks to align technology priorities with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in complex SaaS enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving $1M+ revenue targets and closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, on-site in Dublin on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex concepts for executive audiences.
  • Hunter mindset with demonstrated success in securing new logos.
