What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements under HGB and IFRS.
• Ensure the accurate and timely consolidation of all group entities.
• Oversee the internal control system and coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary functional owner for SAP S/4HANA within the accounting department.
• Develop group accounting policies and reporting standards to harmonize processes.
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor to senior management and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Group Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and German is required.
• Deep professional expertise in HGB and IFRS accounting standards.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA design and implementation.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferably certified as a CPA, tax advisor, or auditor.
