What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive finance processes and internal controls across the entire organization.
• Manage the internal control system (ICS) and establish a scalable risk-control framework.
• Oversee finance process design specifically within Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows.
• Define and enforce governance standards to ensure continuous compliance readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Group Accounting, and Reporting teams to embed controls into daily operations.
• Proactively identify financial risks and deploy effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven professional background in Internal Audit, consulting, or finance transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing internal control systems and complex process frameworks.
• Strong expertise in financial risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional, multi-entity business environments.
• Structured, hands-on, and highly analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
