What you will do

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for the Trial Balance across multiple legal entities.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with high precision.
• Lead statutory financial statement preparation and manage external audits.
• Perform detailed general ledger account reconciliations and investigate issues.
• Act as a finance partner to Country leads to provide data-driven operational insights.
• Drive process engineering initiatives to automate workflows and improve internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proven ability to manage statutory audits and full Trial Balance lifecycles.
• Proactive and structured mindset with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience with Business Central.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Passion for audio content, podcasts, and media.
