What you will do

• Architect audit logic by designing logical "blueprints" to translate complex ISA/IDW requirements into smart, automated workflows.
• Design NLP-driven workflows for the analysis of complex contracts and data-driven anomaly detection that supports Risk Identification (ISA 315).
• Lead the design of safeguards to prevent automation bias and self-review threats, ensuring the tool maintains auditor independence.
• Ensure every system-generated output is formatted for seamless integration into the _Prüfungsakte_ under IDW PS 450.
• Act as a bridge to the wider profession, representing Cortea at Fachtagungen and contributing to whitepapers on AI in audit.

Requirements

• English and German (C1+) is essential for navigating the German regulatory landscape and professional standards.
• 6+ years of experience in professional auditing (Big 4 or top-tier mid-market).
• Deep understanding of _Mandatsverantwortung_ and _Haftungsrisiken_.
• Command of IDW PS, ISA, and HGB.
• Systems thinker who understands how structured data and AI can improve Audit Quality.
