What you will do

• Own the documentation platform, including architecture, tooling, infrastructure, and deployment workflows.
• Build integrations between documentation and engineering pipelines to ensure content evolves alongside product features.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate documentation maintenance and accuracy.
• Create and maintain technical content including guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Design information architecture to optimize search, discoverability, and content consumption.
• Establish scalable documentation standards and style guides.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, SRE, or documentation engineering.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience maintaining documentation platforms, static site generators, or docs-as-code tools (e.g., Docusaurus, Hugo).
• Comfortable working with code, including local development environments and API testing.
• Experience working in Git with a docs-as-code mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with observability tools or OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience building AI-assisted content workflows or LLM integrations.
