What you will do

• Research, process, and resolve chargeback/reversal requests.
• Gather and analyze cardholder and/or merchant account transactions.
• Apply appropriate credit/debit adjustments to accounts.
• Assist with the segmentation of pending requests from various work queues.
• Develop an intermediate knowledge of card brand and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a College Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months experience in card dispute handling preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
• Amenable on shifting / rotational schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis, North Quezon City.
• Working knowledge of association and card industry regulations.
