Sr Spec Fees & Billing (Fintech)

TL;DR

Sr Spec Fees & Billing (Fintech): Responsible for quality control and review of billing and fee rule set-up, changes, and corrections on the Great-West Financial Services Recordkeeping Platform with an accent on complex billing calculations and reconciliations. Focus on researching and resolving issues, working with systems teams, and making recommendations for corrective actions.

Location: Onsite in City of Taguig, Metro Manila

What you will do

• Set up explicit fee structures for all lines of business on the record keeping system.
• Analyze fees for significant cases, calculating amounts to/from customers, and assist service teams with understanding and explaining fees.
• Research and resolve issues working with systems teams and relationship managers.
• Perform tasks surrounding cash processing and accounting entries.
• Reconcile suspense and receivable accounts, including ongoing follow-up with other teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Intermediate MS Office and SAP skills.
• Strong management, organizational, analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and work independently.
• Must be fluent in English and available to work overnight hours.
