What you will do

  • Address and resolve client queries regarding capital markets operations with timeliness and accuracy.

  • Investigate financial mismatches, missing trade bookings, and interest claims.
  • Liaise with traders, relationship managers, and credit officers to resolve complex trade breaks.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in team development activities.
  • Foster a strong risk management culture by ensuring timely identification and resolution of operational issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in capital markets operations or similar financial services functions.
  • Proficiency in managing client lifecycle data, trade booking, and settlements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-risk, time-critical, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English to ensure accurate resolution of client queries.
