What you will do
- Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects.
- Interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps.
- Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary program changes, updates, or additions.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects.
- Communicate status with team members and end users within client expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a technical processing environment.
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in progress or complete, basic programming skills and desire to develop skills within open systems environments.
- SQL and Alteryx skills preferred.
- Amazon Web Services (Athena and S3) and Visual Studio skills preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
