What you will do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure, systems, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and peripherals.
- Maintain system security, data integrity, and user access management.
- Track and manage corporate IT asset inventory and equipment procurement.
- Participate in IT projects, incident logging, and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience supporting end-users in an L1 help desk environment.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Contern, Luxembourg.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of Linux systems.
