What you will do

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to residential customers in areas with new fiber optic internet installations.
  • Engage prospects using effective sales techniques to convert leads into closed deals for telecommunications services.
  • Manage and update lead information in the company CRM and dialer system throughout the sales process.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain resilience when encountering challenging prospects.
  • Submit daily reports tracking the number of calls made, connections achieved, and lead status updates.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for commission bonuses and supplier incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting roles.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone presence and professional speaking ability.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry selling internet services, phone systems, or related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume sales environments and handle rejection professionally.

  • Customer service background with experience managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automated dialer platforms.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and earning performance-based incentives.
