TL;DR

Channel Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Creating and enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) & Distributors across the Western, United States with an accent on creating & enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipeline. Focus on strategic territory planning and modern sales methodologies including MEDDPICC, Challenger, and BANT.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: Based on base salary plus commission (quota attainment).

What you will do

  • Recruit & enable carefully focused, mutually profitable partnerships with industry leading consulting, advisory and global system integrator partners.
  • Build Partner (channel-sourced) pipeline and help “Sell With” and “Sell Through” carefully targeted Partners, in close collaboration with hirify.global field sales.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue & document all partnership activity in SFDC CRM.
  • Coordinate & attend partner joint-marketing events, including in-person & webinar Enablement.
  • Conduct training & coordinate education of Partner Sales, PreSales & Services Teams.
  • Evangelize Directory Services Assessment Tool (Purple Knight) and leverage to create assessment offerings with targeted firms which drive additional product demand for hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Highly regarded professional & 10+ years of relevant Channel/Sales experience in the IT security space.
  • A proven track record of creating and enabling successful monetized reseller partner relationships.
  • Superlative organizational & communications skills.
  • Comfortable with carrying an annual quota for Partner generated revenue and resale.
  • Extensive background in channel partner development and management throughout the Western US.
  • Deep expertise in strategic territory planning and modern sales methodologies including MEDDPICC, Challenger, and BANT.
