What you will do

• Conduct price analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify closed and underserved niches to create new assortment rules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex assortment-related initiatives.
• Develop category management best practices and frameworks for scalable growth.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of foreign markets and customers' logic and patterns.
• Experience working with data analytics, analyzing conversion metrics, platform performance data, and competitive trends.
• Extensive category management experience at e-commerce platforms, preferably in senior positions and with the Home & Kitchen product category.
• Flexibility & adaptability to lead autonomously in uncertain and diversified cultural environments.
• English: Excellent level of proficiency with the ability to communicate complex strategies across global teams
