What you will do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end development for identity and access management features.
• Design and optimize authentication and authorization systems using OAuth, JWT, SAML, and WebAuthn.
• Build scalable services using NestJS, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance development and security workflows.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive technical excellence and architectural decisions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to raising the overall technical bar.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
• 6+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with deep expertise in NestJS and Node.js.
• Proven experience in high-scale production environments.
• Strong background in designing and implementing complex distributed systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with React (10% of the role).
• Experience with authentication, security, and identity management is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
