What you will do

• Own and execute multi-channel paid media strategy to drive customer acquisition.
• Plan, forecast, and optimize budget allocation across platforms and regions.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign automation, ad creation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Data teams.
• Drive testing, reporting, and continuous performance improvements.
• Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
• Proven track record managing 6-figure budgets across DACH/Europe.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and emerging paid media platforms.
• Strong data analysis and campaign reporting skills (Google Sheets/ Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel).
• Experience using AI tools for campaign or creative optimization.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (German is a strong plus).
