What you will do

• Launch and optimize web campaigns.
• Report and analyze advertising campaigns, including project and audience analytics via GA4 and internal CRM.
• Scale channels without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics.
• Test new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in UA (Meta).
• Experience with automation in UA and AI tools.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Startup mindset.
• English: B2 or higher.
• Russian: C1+.
