Enterprise Solutions Engineer

TL;DR

Enterprise Solutions Engineer (API): Supporting the growth of the enterprise business by promoting an API-first development culture and guiding hirify.global users in leveraging the platform to build APIs effectively with an accent on nurturing customer relationships and providing solutions to address customer needs. Focus on understanding customer workflows, sharing feedback with internal teams, and acting as a technical intermediary between sales and other teams.

Location: Must be based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, Tokyo and London or Bangalore.

Salary: $200,000 to $245,000

What you will do

• Drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting Strategic & Enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, & proof of value workshops with prospective customers.
• Handle hirify.global technical questions or objections & provide solutions or workarounds to address customer needs.
• Understand customer workflows and how they can adopt API-first development best practices.
• Share customer feedback with appropriate teams & provide general customer advocacy.
• Create proof of concept integrations, tooling, & workflows as needed to support prospective customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales/solutions engineering experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ API’s and Data platforms experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Remote work friendly, with the ability to travel up to 50%.
• Customer-facing experience & comfortable engaging all levels of technologists, including individual developers, QA, product, & engineering leaders.
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal & written)
