TL;DR

Strategic AI Adoption Lead (AI): Owning deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio with an accent on building programs, communities, and frameworks that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. Focus on designing and executing strategies that drive meaningful adoption, building champion networks, running customized workshops, and advising customers on how to scale their AI programs over time.

Location: Hybrid role based in our Chicago and Austin hubs.

Salary: $167.5K – $211.5K

What you will do

  • Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases and building custom AI solutions.
  • Design and execute activation strategies to drive platform adoption and business outcomes.
  • Build champion communities and advocate networks within customer organizations.
  • Lead educational workshops and live events, facilitating training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Continuously improve materials based on customer feedback and adoption data.
  • Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Deep experience understanding customer use cases and implementing activation strategies.
  • Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
  • Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases.
  • Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
  • Excellence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
