What you will do

• Be the voice of internal developers, collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for platform improvement.
• Evangelize platform capabilities and help development squads leverage platform products and tools.
• Own the platform roadmap across key themes including reliability, performance, modernization, developer experience, and operational excellence.
• Drive initiatives to improve developer experience, CI/CD workflows, infrastructure abstraction, security, and observability.
• Partner with security, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure platform capabilities are scalable, secure, and meet enterprise standards.
• Measure platform adoption and effectiveness, communicating the value of platform investments to leadership.

Requirements

• Enterprise developer tooling experience building "Platform as a Product".
• Deep experience building tools, services, and APIs consumed by developers.
• Technical depth in infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, platform architecture, and GenAI Coding Tools.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystem, CI/CD tools, Infrastructure-as-Code, Observability tools, and GenAI Coding Tools.
• Track record of driving complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience defining metrics and using data to prioritize and communicate impact.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an SRE, software engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with platform modernization and legacy system migrations.
• Familiarity with developer portal tools, service catalogs, and internal developer platforms.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments serving technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating and aligning with global teams and moving projects forward asynchronously.
