What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and grow client partnerships through AI innovation.
• Act as a subject matter expert identifying client challenges and defining tailored AI, cloud, and data-driven solutions.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, including crafting proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level pitches.
• Translate client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps while supporting early-stage project delivery.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and reference architectures to showcase technical capabilities and measurable impact.
• Shape and expand the AI practice by refining approaches, sharing best practices, and driving internal innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, particularly in consulting or pre-sales.
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native software engineering.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI techniques including RAG, agents, and evaluation suites.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or JavaScript.
• Executive presence with a track record of engaging at VP/C-level within large enterprises.
• Authorized to work in the USA as visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud ecosystems.
• Strong storytelling skills to explain complex outcome-based value to non-technical audiences.
