What you will do

• Provide technical and line-management leadership for development teams.
• Manage successful project delivery and resolve technical blockers.
• Define architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Promote best practices in DevOps, agile methodology, and software development.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical briefs.
• Provide regular status updates to both client and company leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Extensive software engineering and leadership experience as a Senior or Tech Lead.
• Deep expertise in DevOps practices and AWS cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of TDD, testing best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, OWASP, or PCI DSS.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational monitoring and performance testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and GDPR compliance.
