TL;DR
Customer Support Specialist (SaaS): Building and maintaining respectful relationships with clients through responsiveness and expertise, troubleshooting issues, and training clients on a member-management SaaS platform. Focus on resolving client-reported issues and working with the Product Development team to advance the product.
Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines

What you will do
- Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with clients.
- Learn the inner workings of a member-management SaaS platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues.
- Train clients on how to best use the platform.
- Provide reporting to clients on the status of support cases.
- Work with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Capability to manage up and escalate as needed.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting software applications.
- Troubleshooting software experience.
- JavaScript experience.
