TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (SaaS): Building and maintaining respectful relationships with clients through responsiveness and expertise, troubleshooting issues, and training clients on a member-management SaaS platform. Focus on resolving client-reported issues and working with the Product Development team to advance the product.

Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines

What you will do

  • Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Learn the inner workings of a member-management SaaS platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues.
  • Train clients on how to best use the platform.
  • Provide reporting to clients on the status of support cases.
  • Work with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Capability to manage up and escalate as needed.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting software applications.
  • Troubleshooting software experience.
  • JavaScript experience.
