TL;DR

Customer Support Representative: Providing basic user support to improve the experience of customers using the assigned product with an accent on identifying and replicating errors and defects. Focus on providing excellent customer service through timely and empathetic responses to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Location: Cebu, Philippines. Hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

  • Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via the product ticket system.
  • Identify and replicate errors and defects through various communication means to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Provide customer feedback to support management through regular team meetings.
  • Identify recurring service requests and offer knowledge base articles or other solutions to reduce ticket volume.
  • Train new and existing customers on the product through phone calls and email.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
