What you will do

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from initial kickoff meetings to final submission.
• Draft, edit, and tailor persuasive, compliant content for various target audiences.
• Coordinate with SMEs, sales, marketing, and product teams to gather proposal data.
• Maintain and optimize the proposal content library and templates for consistency.
• Track and report on key metrics including win/loss rates and proposal volumes.
• Manage proposal schedules and ensure strict adherence to submission deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and proposal management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate and improve content quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

Nice to have

• Experience using Salesforce.
• Background in professional writing or communications.
• Prior experience with proposal platforms like Responsive or Loopio.
