Compensation: $175,000 base annualized

What you will do

• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel growth experiments to drive high-quality leads.
• Own the strategy and reporting for marketing-sourced pipeline revenue.
• Lead paid acquisition across all channels, managing creative, landing pages, and efficiency.
• Execute ABM motions, including targeted content and executive events, to penetrate key banking and fintech accounts.
• Manage and improve the growth marketing tech stack, ensuring high data hygiene in Hubspot, Outreach, and related tools.
• Coordinate with outsourced SDR teams to ensure messaging alignment and effective lead segmentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA or related degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in account-based marketing supporting enterprise sales.
• Previous experience in a Series A-C startup environment.
• Expertise in managing paid and outbound channels from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience presenting data-driven patterns and marketing trends.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or API-first companies.
• Experience marketing to developers (PLG) and bank executives simultaneously.
• Experience building a Customer Advisory Board or similar community programs.
