What you will do

• Resolve complex support cases for the internal Tinman platform and integrated tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to mitigate bugs and incidents.
• Perform log analysis, error tracing, and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge articles.
• Develop subject matter expertise to train team members and scale support operations.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a SaaS support role.
• Strong technical acumen and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Fullstory, Observe, and Microsoft 365.
• Prior experience in the mortgage industry.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Must be located in Dallas, Texas.
