TL;DR

SEO & SEM Manager: Defining and leading SEO and SEM growth strategy aligned with company OKRs and growth objectives with an accent on the Spanish market and several European countries. Focus on managing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Display, Retargeting and Search networks.

Location: Hybrid & flexible work model, combining remote work with our beautiful office in the heart of Madrid (Calle Zurbano).

Salary range for this position is between 38.000€ and 51.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

What you will do

  • Define and lead SEO and SEM growth strategy, aligned with company OKRs and growth objectives.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Display, Retargeting and Search networks.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and lead implementation of on-site and off-site SEO improvements with internal and external collaborators.
  • Build and evolve a keyword strategy, content roadmap to grow high-intent traffic.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analysis to monitor key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.), and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with our technical expert freelance and support content stakeholders presenting clear guidelines and goals to execute the roadmap efficiently.

Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in SEO & SEM, preferably in a fast-paced B2B or marketplace environment.
  • Are highly skilled with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Are comfortable analyzing performance metrics and identifying actionable insights to improve ROI and growth.
  • Can communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (a must).
