What you will do

• Serve as the central coordinator for global EHS office programs and governance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive EHS communication and engagement strategies.
• Standardize EHS processes and tools across all global operations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments at corporate offices and data center sites.
• Support EHS investigations and CAPAs while developing leadership performance dashboards.
• Provide staff training on EHS protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS management.
• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• US work authorization (U.S. person status) required for export control compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise as an EHS generalist in safety, health, and sustainability.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong data analytics and performance metrics proficiency.

• Professional fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic.
• EHS certifications such as CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30, or ASP.
