What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design strategy for high-impact internal financial tools including ledgers, treasury command centers, and reconciliation systems.
• Partner with product, engineering, and finance leadership to define and solve complex infrastructure problems.
• Establish scalable design patterns and systems for data-intensive enterprise tooling that influence future internal product platforms.
• Transform complex, messy backend financial processes into elegant, functional UI and interaction patterns.
• Conduct iterative design cycles including discovery, prototyping, and testing with internal stakeholders like accountants and treasury managers.
• Operate as a force multiplier, independently navigating ambiguous spaces to identify and solve the right problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience at a staff-level scope.
• Proven experience designing enterprise solutions for complex, data-intensive workflows.
• Expertise in systems design and establishing design patterns from the ground up.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to communicate complex data through thoughtful information design and visualization.
• Must be able to work within the US, with attendance at in-person company offsites required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for regulated industries or financial services.
• Knowledge of financial systems such as ledgers, reconciliation, or treasury accounting.
• Interest in AI applications and coding to bridge design and engineering gaps.
