What you will do

• Direct and report on focused claim reviews and audits for TPA operations.
• Ensure compliance with established claim handling protocols.
• Manage settlement conferences and mediations to resolve complex claims.
• Analyze metrics including reserve accuracy, productivity, and expense management.
• Lead meetings with TPA adjusters to discuss claim handling strategies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and brokerage partners to improve service efficiency.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of claims handling or related legal experience.
• Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week in Warren, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or New York, NY.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and trial processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required adjuster licenses.
