Salary: $96,480 to $183,240

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex services agreements.
• Assist with the development of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Identify and mitigate legal, technical, and business issues and risks.
• Assist with the resolution of contract-related disputes.
• Coordinate with other company functions to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze and interpret basic financial data and business concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Management or Finance.
• 3 years experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex service agreements.
• Prior experience creating contracts from scratch is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working closely with sales and account teams to negotiate and close new deals.
• Ability to multitask and balance a complex and demanding workload.
• English: Fluent

Nice to have

• At least 5 years experience in complex contract negotiation and management.
• At least 5 years experience in Information Technology transactional support and/or legal and business interpretation of general services scope and contracts.
• At least 2 years experience in outsourcing agreements.
• Spanish: Fluent
