What you will do
- Scale media buying teams through efficient end-to-end hiring and fast onboarding processes.
- Implement and improve performance management systems, including KPIs, regular reviews, and feedback loops.
- Make data-driven decisions regarding team performance, including development, rotation, or replacement of underperformers.
- Develop managerial skills within the team and build a structured internal training academy.
- Partner with leadership to optimize HR and business metrics such as retention, conversion rates, and hiring funnels.
- Strengthen the employer brand specifically within the competitive performance marketing sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR or recruitment within fast-growing digital or affiliate marketing companies.
- Proven track record in closing complex, high-stakes roles like media buyers and creative strategists.
- Deep understanding of business metrics such as profit, ROI, and CPA.
- Experience building performance management systems and managing low/high performers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize hiring funnels and business outcomes.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing, assessment, and candidate management tools.
