What you will do

  • Scale media buying teams through efficient end-to-end hiring and fast onboarding processes.
  • Implement and improve performance management systems, including KPIs, regular reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Make data-driven decisions regarding team performance, including development, rotation, or replacement of underperformers.
  • Develop managerial skills within the team and build a structured internal training academy.
  • Partner with leadership to optimize HR and business metrics such as retention, conversion rates, and hiring funnels.
  • Strengthen the employer brand specifically within the competitive performance marketing sector.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or recruitment within fast-growing digital or affiliate marketing companies.
  • Proven track record in closing complex, high-stakes roles like media buyers and creative strategists.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics such as profit, ROI, and CPA.
  • Experience building performance management systems and managing low/high performers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize hiring funnels and business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in modern sourcing, assessment, and candidate management tools.
