What you will do

• Solve scaling bottlenecks in critical services to support high-traffic data ingestion.
• Deploy and manage new features using progressive rollouts and feature flags.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within service-owned infrastructure.
• Optimize service performance to handle massive data volume at scale.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute high-impact engineering projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Full-time availability starting in 2026.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong commitment to code simplicity and performance.
• Interest in leveraging and critiquing AI-generated code.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience or active interest in AI-enabled software development.
