What you will do

• Architect and build robust, fault-tolerant web and ETL services that scale to high throughput.
• Design high-performance systems capable of handling 10,000+ transactions per second.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize existing systems and integrate new technologies.
• Develop robust monitoring, testing, and deployment strategies for mission-critical services.
• Define engineering standards and mentor team members through recruitment and onboarding.
• Communicate technical concepts and align project goals across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on web services and ETL systems.
• Proven track record of scaling high-volume, data-intensive systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with commercial software products (SaaS and on-prem) serving 3rd party customers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, LLMs, and model tuning.
• Background in cybersecurity, red teaming, or DevSecOps tooling.
